| Sign-On Bonus: |
$5,000.00 ($2,500.00 paid upon hire; balance paid upon completion of probation) |

10% of salary – evenings or nights |
| Insurance Coverage: |
Medical, Hospitalization, Dental, Optical, Prescription – all through Local 1199 benefit fund – benefit level based on earnings |

Off every other weekend (full-time employees) |
